At UCF, art is imitating life—all of us are trying to do more with less! The state budget is shrinking, and we have suffered significant budget cuts on the university- and department-level. Theatre faculty and staff are working very hard to trim our budget in ways that will not compromise the rich experiences you, our audience, have come to expect. In our lighter moments, faculty talk about producing shows like Fiddler on the Floor, Guy and Doll, or Nothing Happened on the Way to the Forum. However, we face this budget crisis seriously, and look for ways to stretch dollars, find other sources of support, and continue to provide the best educational and artistic experiences for our students.
Methods of Support

Foundation
The UCF Foundation is the official fund-raising arm and gift beneficiary for the University of Central Florida. When you make a donation to the foundation, you are investing in the future of its students by giving them the opportunity to change the world.

Corporate Matching Gifts
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match the charitable contributions made by their employees. Rules vary by company, but many will double or triple employee gifts and some will match gifts by retirees or spouses. To initiate a matching gift, you may call your human resources office for forms.
