ORLANDO, Fla. October 3, 2014 — The Tony Award-winning musical Kiss of the Spider Woman opens at the Theatre UCF Main Stage on October 16 and runs through October 26. The music for Kiss of the Spider Woman was written by John Kander and Fred Ebb, the composer/lyricist team who also scored Cabaret, Chicago, and Curtains, and the script is by Ragtime playwright Terrance McNally. Is your dining room table destined for stardom?

Theatre UCF’s upcoming production of Tom Stoppard’s critically acclaimed, cross-period drama Arcadia is already well into the creative process—rehearsals begin this week! The team has been hard at work in capturing the heady essence of the play’s themes in costume, lighting, sound, and scenic design that will ultimately translate into the collaborative universe depicted on the stage come opening night, January 22.

But before we can open, we have a problem to solve and we need your help solving it. The centerpiece of the Arcadia set is an every day item, but something we can’t afford to purchase: a beautiful dining room table. more...
